We operate the website https://a-lease.it.com and provide professional leasing services for automobiles, machinery, and business equipment.

Actual lease terms, rates, and conditions are subject to credit assessment, asset availability, and the terms of any specific lease agreement.
5.2 No Guarantee of Approval
Submitting a quote request or application does not guarantee approval of a lease. All applications are subject to our standard credit assessment process. We reserve the right to decline applications at our sole discretion.
5.3 Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to ensure that information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free, complete, or current. Rates and terms shown on the website are indicative only and may change without notice.
5.4 Lease Agreements
Actual leasing services are provided under separately signed lease agreements between you and A*LEASE. Those agreements contain the full and binding terms applicable to your lease. Nothing in these Website Terms of Service modifies or supersedes a signed lease agreement.
6. Account Registration
If you register for a client portal account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You agree to update your information to keep it accurate and current.
7. Payment Terms
Service plan fees (where applicable) and lease payments are governed by the terms set out in your signed agreement. General payment terms for online services:
- Invoices are due within 14 days of issue
- Payment is accepted by SEPA direct debit or bank transfer
- Late payments accrue interest at 5% above the ECB base rate from the due date
- We reserve the right to suspend access to the client portal for accounts with overdue balances
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that: (a) the website will be available at all times or without interruption; (b) the website will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components; (c) the results obtained from use of the website will be accurate or reliable.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by German law, A*Lease GmbH & Co. KG and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the website (excluding claims under a signed lease agreement) shall not exceed €500.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under German law.
10. Links to Third-Party Sites
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. The inclusion of a link does not imply our endorsement of the linked site.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless A*Lease GmbH & Co. KG and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the website in breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law; or (c) your infringement of any third party's rights.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the website ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Munich, Germany. However, nothing prevents us from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
Consumer dispute resolution: The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our email address for ODR purposes is legal@a-lease.it.com. We are not obliged to participate in ADR proceedings but will consider reasonable requests on a case-by-case basis.

We will notify registered clients of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the website after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
