Yes. The monthly service fee covers your account management, platform access, and support. Your actual lease payments are separate and depend on the assets you lease, contract term, and residual value. We always present a full cost breakdown before you sign anything.
No. We do not charge any setup, activation, or onboarding fees. The only costs are your monthly service plan fee and your lease payments — both clearly shown before contract signing.
Yes, you can upgrade your service plan at any time with immediate effect. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. Changing your plan does not affect your active lease contracts.
At end of term you have three options: return the asset, extend the lease at a reduced rate, or (for finance leases) purchase the asset at its pre-agreed residual value. Your account manager will contact you 90 days before contract end to discuss options.
Yes. Business and Enterprise clients who commit to 24+ month service agreements receive preferential lease rates and reduced monthly fees. Ask your account manager for details, or mention it when requesting your quote.
